Returns & Refunds Policy

At Holy Grail Drinks, we want you to love every sip. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your drinks.

What we accept:

  • Unopened bottles or cans (still in their original packaging)

  • Products that are faulty or damaged on arrival

What we cannot accept:

  • Opened or partially consumed drinks (for hygiene and food safety reasons)

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

How to return:

  1. Email us at hello@holygraildrinks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a returns address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days (original payment method).

Faulty or damaged items:

If your drinks arrive damaged or faulty, please send photos along with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage) as quickly as possible.
